FOUNDER
Dr. Dennis Williamson
Dr. Dennis Williamson, DC is a licensed chiropractor and has been serving patients in Garland, Mesquite, Lake Highlands, Sachse, Rowlett, and throughout the Dallas area. Born and raised in Garland, Dr. Williamson went to North Garland High School. While growing up in Garland, he enjoyed playing soccer for the Dallas Texans and other club teams, he also enjoyed playing baseball and football at very high levels.
One would describe him as a bit of a sports junkie. In his senior year at North Garland, he needed a new challenge and became part of a 10 guy, 10 girl National Champion Cheerleading Squad and took those skills to become a cheerleader at Texas Tech. At Texas Tech, Dr. Williamson received his undergraduate course work in the studies of Biology and Anatomy. After leaving Texas Tech, his studies continued at Parker College of Chiropractic from 2000-2004. Dr. Williamson became a Chiropractor in September 2004. His Chiropractic career continued as an advocate for injured athletes and rehab. He works on the sidelines at GISD football games helping injured athletes at South Garland, North Garland and Lakeview and has done so for the last 13 years.
Dr. Williamson's community involvement doesn't stop there - he has donated thousands of hours giving back to the community donating his time for free physicals or donating the money back to athletic departments in GISD. Since 2012, he has been a designated doctor appointed by Texas Department of Insurance. He is appointed by the State of Texas to evaluate workers compensation claims. The evaluation includes MMI, IR to causation analysis for the State. At the end of the day, Dr. Williamson loves his profession and loves to help people. In his local clinics, he welcomes new practice members. In his brand, he welcomes aspiring owners to join and find their future as Spine Time franchise owners.

- Supporting ambitious entrepreneurs in launching their franchise clinics and connecting them with competent doctors to ensure a seamless operation of their practice.

June 2004
Grand Opening
Dr Williamson opened the first Spine Time clinic in North Garland, Texas
Fall 2015
Expanded Practice
Established our Medical services and expanded the practice
Fall of 2020
Opened 2nd Location
Opened our second clinic in South Garland, Texas with new doctors – recent graduates
Summer 2022
Franchising Initiated
Began the process to launch the franchise opportunity to aspiring franchise owners
Fall of 2022
Opened 3rd Location
Opened a third clinic with the plan to convert to a franchisee who is “ready to own” their clinic.
